Larry Harris’s modified setup for World War II 1942 (2nd edition). This has become standard for tournament play and is used by Axis & Allies 1942: Online.
A 6 turn version is included to match the normal rules for tournament play. In this version, all victory cities are capitals for a dummy player, so the AI will try harder to capture/defend them.
